Material: We use high-grade Gray Cast Iron (e.g., HT250 / GG25) , known for its excellent strength, machinability, and vibration-damping characteristics.
Precision Machining: Each sprocket is precision cast and then machined to tight tolerances. The bore, keyway, and teeth profiles are cut to ensure a perfect fit on the shaft and smooth engagement with the roller chain.
Sprocket Types: We manufacture standard Type B (hub on one side) and Type C (hubs on both sides) sprockets, and can also produce custom designs based on your drawings.
