Product Description
Yile Machinery specializes in the custom manufacturing of high-precision steel sprockets for demanding power transmission systems. Unlike standard, mass-produced sprockets, our components are CNC machined to your exact specifications, ensuring perfect fit, smooth operation, and long service life.
These sprockets are the ideal choice for machinery where accuracy, reliability, and durability are critical.
Two factors set our sprockets apart: precision manufacturing and superior materials.
1.CNC Machining for Ultimate Accuracy:
We use state-of-the-art CNC machining centers to produce every sprocket. This process guarantees:
Perfect Tooth Profile: Ensures smooth engagement with the roller chain, reducing vibration, noise, and wear.
Tight Tolerances: The bore, keyway, and overall concentricity are held to precise dimensions for a balanced, wobble-free fit on the shaft.
2.Hardened Teeth for Maximum Durability:
To dramatically extend the life of the sprocket, the teeth undergo a high-frequency induction hardening process. This creates a tough, wear-resistant outer layer (typically 45-55 HRC) while keeping the core of the sprocket ductile to absorb shock loads. A hardened sprocket can last many times longer than a non-hardened equivalent.
We manufacture sprockets from a range of high-quality steels to match your load and performance requirements. The two most common choices are:
C45 Steel (also known as 1045 or S45C): A versatile and cost-effective medium-carbon steel. It offers excellent strength and can be effectively hardened, making it the standard choice for a wide variety of industrial applications.
40Cr Steel (Alloy Steel, similar to AISI 4140): An alloy steel with higher strength, toughness, and hardenability than C45. It is recommended for higher-torque drives, applications with significant shock loads, or when maximum durability is required.
We are a custom manufacturer. Simply provide us with your drawing or specifications, and we can produce the exact sprocket you need.
Customization options include:
