CNC Machined Steel Sprockets:
For applications requiring high precision and strength, we machine sprockets from solid steel bars or forgings (e.g., C45/1045 Steel). We can include induction-hardened teeth for maximum wear resistance.
Cast Iron Sprockets:
Ideal for large-diameter, heavy-duty applications like industrial conveyors. Cast iron provides excellent durability and vibration damping at a cost-effective price point.
Specialty Sprockets:

Plate Sprockets (Type A): Flat sprockets with no hubs, for welding or bolting directly to a component.
