We produce heavy-duty spur gears and pinion shafts through both forging and casting processes, followed by precision CNC gear hobbing and grinding. Our spur gears are widely used as drive pinions for rotary kilns and ball mills, transmission gears in reducer systems, and replacement parts for aging industrial equipment.

Available in carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel grades, our spur gears can be manufactured as standalone gears, integral shaft-and-gear assemblies, or matched gear-pinion sets. Surface treatments include carburizing, nitriding, and induction hardening to extend service life in demanding environments.
