We specialize in large sand-cast iron components for industrial machinery and equipment. Our iron casting capabilities include gray iron (HT150 through HT350 / GG15–GG35) known for excellent vibration damping and machinability, and ductile iron (QT400–QT700) offering higher strength and impact resistance.
Typical products include machine tool beds and bases, gearbox housings, bearing pedestals, crusher frames, pump bodies, and large structural brackets. Castings are produced using resin sand molding for clean surfaces and accurate dimensions, followed by stress-relief annealing and CNC machining to your finished part specifications.
Capabilities at a glance:
Single piece weight: up to 15 tons
Molding: resin sand, green sand, lost foam
