Yile Machinery offers comprehensive casting and forging services for heavy industrial components. Our foundry produces iron and steel castings from a few kilograms to multi-ton pieces, while our forging workshop delivers open-die and ring-rolled forgings with superior mechanical properties.

We work with a wide range of materials including gray iron (HT200, HT250, HT300), ductile iron (QT400-18, QT500-7), cast carbon steel (ZG230-450, ZG270-500), cast alloy steel (ZG42CrMo, ZG35CrMnSi), and various forging grades. All castings and forgings undergo heat treatment, NDT inspection, and full dimensional verification.
