Girth Gears

Our girth gears (also known as gear rings or bull gears) are the primary drive components for rotary kilns, ball mills, and industrial dryers. Manufactured from high-quality cast steel such as ZG45 and ZG42CrMo, our girth gears feature precise tooth profiles machined on large-capacity gear hobbing machines to ensure smooth, reliable power transmission under continuous heavy loads.

Module range: M8 – M55
Weight: 1 – 15 tons per piece
Split design: two-half or multi-segment available

Every girth gear is stress-relieved, ultrasonically tested, and dimensionally verified before shipment. We also supply matching pinion shafts for complete drive system solutions.
