We provide a complete, in-house manufacturing service to ensure total control over quality and lead times.
Material Sourcing: We start with certified carbon and alloy steels such as C45 (AISI 1045) , 40Cr, and 42CrMo (AISI 4140) to meet your strength and durability requirements.
CNC Turning: The gear blank is first precision-turned on our CNC lathes to establish exact outside diameters, bore sizes, and hub features.
Precision Gear Cutting: This is the critical step. Using advanced CNC Gear Hobbing machines, we cut the gear teeth with exceptional accuracy and surface finish. For internal gears or special features, we also utilize CNC Gear Shaping.
Finishing & Deburring: All gears are meticulously deburred to ensure smooth operation and safe handling.
Optional Heat Treatment: We offer induction hardening or case hardening (carburizing) to increase the surface hardness of the gear teeth, dramatically improving wear resistance and service life while maintaining a ductile core.

Material: Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, etc.
Gear Standard: Module (Metric) or Diametral Pitch (Imperial)
Dimensions: Tooth Count, Pressure Angle, Face Width
Bore & Hub: Custom Bore Diameter, Keyways, Set Screw Holes, Splines
Heat Treatment: Specific Surface Hardness (HRC) and Case Depth
Quality Grade: Manufactured to meet specific AGMA or DIN quality standards.
