Precision Gear Cutting:
Using modern CNC milling or gear hobbing machines, we cut the gear teeth to precise specifications. We maintain tight control over the key parameters that ensure smooth meshing:

Critical Heat Treatment for Wear Resistance:
To ensure long service life, the gear teeth are hardened using processes like induction hardening or case hardening. This creates an extremely hard, wear-resistant surface on the teeth while keeping the core of the rack tough and ductile to absorb shock loads.
Precision Grinding (for High-Accuracy Applications):
For applications demanding the highest level of precision and quiet operation, we offer profile grinding of the teeth after they have been hardened. This process corrects any minor distortions from heat treatment and produces a superior surface finish and tooth profile accuracy.
