Trunnion Rollers

Our trunnion rollers (also called support rollers or carrying rollers) are critical components that support the full weight of rotary kilns, dryers, and coolers. Forged from high-quality alloy steel and precision-machined on large CNC lathes, these rollers feature hardened contact surfaces to withstand continuous heavy radial loads and thermal cycling.

We also supply matching riding rings (kiln tyres) and thrust rollers as complete support station solutions. Each roller undergoes ultrasonic testing, hardness verification, and dimensional inspection to ensure reliable performance over years of continuous operation.
