Our worm wheels are typically cast in high-performance bronze alloys (CuSn10, CuAl10Fe5Ni5) for excellent wear resistance and smooth operation, while worm shafts are forged from hardened alloy steel with precision-ground thread profiles.

We manufacture single-start and multi-start worm configurations with module ranges to suit your specific speed ratio and load requirements. All worm gear sets are produced and inspected as matched pairs to ensure optimal contact patterns and quiet, efficient operation.
