Yile Machinery's forging workshop produces custom open-die forgings for heavy industrial applications. Our forging capabilities deliver components with refined grain structure, improved directional strength, and superior fatigue resistance compared to cast or machined-from-plate alternatives.
We produce forged rings, discs, blocks, stepped shafts, cylinders, and custom-shaped blanks from carbon steel (45#, S355, A36), alloy steel (42CrMo, 34CrNiMo6), and stainless steel grades. Each forging is produced with controlled forging ratios, followed by appropriate heat treatment and full mechanical property testing to ensure compliance with your specifications.
Whether you need a single large forging or recurring production quantities, our flexible capacity and in-house machining allow us to deliver finished or semi-finished parts efficiently.
