Precision Rope Groove Machining: The groove is machined via CNC to the exact profile specified by API standards. The surface is polished to a smooth finish to minimize friction and dramatically extend the life of your expensive drilling line.
Hardened Grooves for Extreme Durability: The rope groove is typically induction hardened to a depth and hardness (50+ HRC) that resists the intense abrasive wear from the wire rope, ensuring a long and predictable service life.
