The tubesheet is the heart of a shell and tube heat exchanger. It provides the mechanical support for the hundreds or thousands of tubes and, more importantly, creates the seal that separates the shell-side and tube-side fluids. A single leaking joint due to poor material quality or inaccurate machining can lead to process contamination, equipment failure, and costly unplanned shutdowns.

The accuracy of the tube holes is paramount. We utilize advanced CNC gun drilling and multi-spindle drilling centers to machine the tube hole pattern.
Extreme Accuracy: We achieve tight pitch tolerances, ensuring perfect alignment for automated tube installation.
Superior Hole Finish: Our process produces a high-quality hole surface finish, which is critical for achieving a secure and leak-proof seal during tube expansion (rolling) or strength welding.
Complex Features: We can machine complex features, including double tubesheets and pass partition grooves for multi-pass exchanger designs.
Every tubesheet undergoes a rigorous final inspection before shipment. Using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision instruments, we verify:
Hole diameter, position, and concentricity.
Gasket surface flatness and finish.
Overall dimensional accuracy against your drawing.
We provide a full dimensional inspection report and 100% material traceability with every part.
