  1. Material Selection & Forging: We use high-quality alloy steels such as 42CrMo (AISI 4140) , 34CrNiMo6, or carburizing steels like 17CrNiMo6. The raw material is forged to create an optimal grain structure that maximizes strength and fatigue resistance.

  2. Precision Machining: The forged blanks are precision-machined using CNC lathes. The gear teeth are then cut using state-of-the-art CNC gear hobbing or shaping machines to ensure high accuracy.

  3. Advanced Heat Treatment: To achieve the necessary durability, the gears undergo a controlled heat treatment process such as carburizing, nitriding, or induction hardening. This creates an extremely hard surface (58-62 HRC) for excellent wear resistance, while keeping the core of the gear tough and ductile to absorb shock loads.

  4. Precision Gear Grinding: After heat treatment, the gear's tooth profile is precision ground. This critical finishing step corrects any minor distortions from the hardening process and produces a highly accurate and smooth tooth surface, which is essential for low-noise and high-efficiency operation.
