1. Heavy Plate Fabrication
We start with certified carbon or alloy steel plates, cut to precise shapes using CNC plasma and laser systems.
Our expert welders assemble the components into a rigid weldment, using advanced techniques to ensure deep penetration and flawless joints.
2. Post-Weld Stress Relieving
This is a non-negotiable step for precision components. The complete fabrication is heat-treated in a furnace to relieve all internal stresses from welding, guaranteeing dimensional stability during machining and service.
3. Large-Format Precision Machining
After stress relieving, the housing is machined on our large-scale CNC equipment (boring mills, gantry mills). We machine all critical features to tight tolerances, including:
