Material Selection: We start with high-quality, high-carbon alloy steel, typically 40Cr, known for its excellent strength and wear resistance.
Precision CNC Machining: Each bushing is machined to exact dimensional tolerances for a perfect press-fit installation. We can incorporate internal grease grooves (spiral or straight) to ensure optimal lubrication distribution.
Critical Heat Treatment: The machined bushings undergo a specialized induction hardening and quenching process. This creates an extremely hard outer surface (typically HRC 55-60) to resist abrasive wear, while the inner core remains tough and ductile to absorb shock loads without cracking.
Precision Grinding: The internal and external surfaces are ground to a smooth finish, reducing friction against the pin and the equipment frame.
