These oilless bushings operate on the principle of solid-state lubrication. There is no need for external oil or grease.
Initial Transfer: As the shaft begins to move within the bushing, it makes contact with the graphite plugs.
Lubricating Film: A microscopic film of solid lubricant is immediately transferred from the plugs to the shaft's surface.
