Yile Machinery is a specialized foundry manufacturing ultra-hard, abrasion-resistant wear plates for Vertical Roller Mills (VRMs). The exceptional performance of our wear plates comes from their material composition. We produce our liners using high-chrome white iron, a class of materials compliant with the ASTM A532 standard.
Microstructure: The material features a high volume of extremely hard chromium carbides (Cr7C3) embedded within a tough martensitic or austenitic matrix.
Extreme Hardness: After a precise multi-stage heat treatment process, our wear plates achieve a hardness of over 60 HRC (650 HBW) .
Superior Wear Life: This combination of hard carbides and a tough matrix provides outstanding resistance to gouging abrasion from materials like cement clinker, coal, and hard rock.
