We manufacture brass inserts suitable for all standard installation processes:
Heat-Set / Ultrasonic Inserts: Designed with specific external knurling and grooves that allow them to be installed into a pre-drilled or molded hole using heat or ultrasonic vibrations. The plastic melts and flows around the insert, creating a very strong bond.
Mold-In Inserts: These inserts are designed to be placed directly into the injection mold cavity before the plastic is injected. This creates the strongest possible assembly as the plastic forms perfectly around the insert.
Press-In Inserts: Typically used for softer plastics or thermoset materials, these inserts are simply pressed into a hole, using specialized knurls to grip the host material.

Material: High-quality free-machining brass (e.g., C36000 / H59) for excellent machinability and corrosion resistance. Other materials like stainless steel and aluminum are available on request.
Knurling Patterns:
Diamond Knurl: Provides high resistance to both torque (rotational) and pull-out forces.
Straight Knurl: Offers excellent torque resistance.
Helical / Unidirectional Knurl: Optimized for specific installation methods.
Thread Types: We can produce internal threads in all standard metric (M2, M3, M4, etc.) and unified (UNC/UNF, e.g., 4-40, 10-32) sizes.
