A Turnkey Solution: From Raw Casting to Finished Component

  4. Precision CNC Machining: The heat-treated casting is moved to our machine shop. Using large-format CNC milling centers and boring mills, we machine all critical mounting surfaces, bores, and interfaces to your exact dimensional tolerances.

  5. Quality Assurance & Inspection: We perform rigorous quality control, including dimensional inspection (CMM), material certification, and non-destructive testing (NDT) such as Ultrasonic (UT) and Magnetic Particle (MT) testing to guarantee component integrity.
