• Critical Post-Weld Heat Treatment (Stress Relieving): This is a crucial step. After welding, the entire frame undergoes a controlled heat treatment cycle. This process removes internal stresses created during welding, preventing distortion and future cracking during operation.

• Large-Scale Precision Machining: Following heat treatment, the frame is moved to our large CNC boring mills and gantry mills. We precisely machine all critical surfaces, including bearing bores, mounting pads, and liner seats, to ensure perfect alignment and fitment of all components.
