Premium Material Selection: We use high-tin bronze alloys (e.g., ZQSn10-1, C93200) known for their excellent load-carrying capacity, wear resistance, and anti-galling properties.
Centrifugal Casting Process: Unlike standard sand casting, we use centrifugal casting. Molten bronze is poured into a rapidly rotating mold. This process forces impurities to the center and creates an extremely dense, fine-grained metal structure free from porosity and defects. The result is a bushing with significantly higher strength and wear life.
Precision CNC Machining: After casting, the rough bushing is heat-treated for stability and then precision-machined on CNC lathes. We guarantee tight tolerances on all critical dimensions, including the spherical fit and the vital oil lubrication grooves, ensuring perfect installation and optimal performance.
Rigorous Quality Control: Every finished bushing is dimensionally inspected and undergoes non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure it is free from any flaws before shipment.
