1.High-Quality Forging:
We start with high-grade alloy steel (e.g., 42CrMo, 50CrMo4) which is forged to shape. This process aligns the steel's internal grain structure, creating a component that is significantly stronger and more impact-resistant than a cast equivalent.
2.Specialized Heat Treatment:
The wheel's running surface (the tread) and internal flange faces are hardened, typically via induction hardening, to achieve a high surface hardness (e.g., HRC 55-62). This creates an exceptional wear-resistant layer while the core of the wheel remains ductile and tough to absorb shock loads.
3.Precision CNC Machining:
After heat treatment, the entire wheel is finished on large CNC lathes and milling centers. We machine the bore for bearings, keyways, and the tread profile to tight tolerances, ensuring smooth operation and perfect alignment.
