1.High-Quality Forging:

We start with high-grade alloy steel (e.g., 42CrMo, 50CrMo4) which is forged to shape. This process aligns the steel's internal grain structure, creating a component that is significantly stronger and more impact-resistant than a cast equivalent.

2.Specialized Heat Treatment:

The wheel's running surface (the tread) and internal flange faces are hardened, typically via induction hardening, to achieve a high surface hardness (e.g., HRC 55-62). This creates an exceptional wear-resistant layer while the core of the wheel remains ductile and tough to absorb shock loads.

3.Precision CNC Machining:
