We supply both primary types of undercarriage rollers:
Track Rollers (Bottom Rollers): These are mounted to the bottom of the track frame and carry the full weight of the machine. They are designed to handle immense loads and constant abrasion as they guide the track along the ground. We offer both single-flange and double-flange track roller designs.
Carrier Rollers (Top Rollers): Mounted on the top of the track frame, their function is to support the weight of the track as it returns to the front idler. They prevent excessive track sag and ensure smooth operation.

Forged Roller Shell: The roller body is forged from high-manganese alloy steel (e.g., 50Mn) . Forging creates a dense, refined grain structure that is far superior to casting in terms of impact strength and fatigue resistance.
Specialized Heat Treatment: The roller's tread surface undergoes a crucial induction hardening process. This creates a deep, hardened layer with a surface hardness of HRC 52-58, providing exceptional resistance to wear from contact with the track links. The core remains tough to absorb shock loads.
Precision Assembly: Each roller is assembled with a high-strength shaft, bronze bushings, and high-performance duo-cone (floating) seals. This advanced sealing system prevents dirt and moisture from entering while locking in lubrication for a maintenance-free service life.
