Unlike weaker cast iron alternatives, our roller shells are forged from high-strength alloy steel (such as 40Cr or 50Mn) . The forging process creates a dense, directional grain structure that provides superior impact resistance and prevents cracking under heavy loads.
2. Advanced Induction Hardening
The roller tread surface is subjected to a precise induction hardening process. This creates a deep, uniform hardened layer (HRC 52-58) for exceptional wear resistance against the track chain, while the core of the roller remains ductile to absorb shock.

Each roller is fitted with high-quality seals (e.g., dual-cone seals) to guarantee lifetime lubrication. This robust sealing system prevents lubricant loss and protects internal components—like the shaft and bronze bushings—from abrasive materials like dirt, sand, and water.
