Its unique manufacturing process results in a high-strength, single-piece mesh that is stronger and more rigid than woven or welded wire mesh of a similar weight.
Expanded metal is not woven or welded together. It is produced from a solid sheet of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. The sheet is simultaneously slit and stretched, creating a rigid, non-raveling mesh with diamond-shaped openings. This process ensures there are no welds to break or wires to separate, creating a durable and reliable material for demanding environments like power plants, factories, and processing facilities.
High Strength-to-Weight Ratio: The stretching process imparts significant structural strength, making it ideal for security and safety applications without adding excessive weight.

1. Types:
