Integrated External Gear: The outer ring is precisely machined with gear teeth, allowing it to mesh directly with a drive pinion. This provides a simple and powerful solution for rotating the entire assembly.
Four-Point Contact Ball Design: This is the most common and versatile slewing ring structure. A single row of ball bearings contacts the raceway at four points, enabling the bearing to carry thrust, radial, and moment loads from any direction.
Robust & Durable Construction: Manufactured from high-grade alloy steels like 42CrMo or 50Mn, our bearings feature induction-hardened raceways to ensure excellent wear resistance and a long operational lifespan.
Customizable Mounting Patterns: We supply slewing rings with pre-drilled and threaded (or through-hole) mounting holes according to your specific drawings and installation requirements.
Our standard external gear slewing bearing (Model 01 Series) utilizes a highly efficient four-point contact design. This structure consists of:
An inner ring and an outer ring with precision-ground raceways.
A single row of steel balls that act as the rolling elements.
Nylon or steel spacers (cages) to separate the balls and ensure smooth movement.

Final Assembly & Inspection: Each bearing is assembled, pre-loaded, and inspected for rotational torque and dimensional accuracy before shipment.
