A gear's performance is determined by the quality of its manufacturing. Our process is designed for precision and durability at every stage.
Material Selection & Forging: We begin with certified high-grade alloy steels like 20CrMnTi, 40Cr, and 42CrMo. The raw material is forged into near-net-shape blanks, aligning the grain structure for maximum strength.
CNC Turning: The forged blanks are precision-turned on CNC lathes to create the exact dimensions, bore, and mounting features before teeth are cut.
CNC Gear Hobbing or Shaping: This is the heart of the process. We use advanced gear hobbing machines to cut the gear teeth with exceptional accuracy, ensuring a perfect involute profile for smooth, efficient meshing.
Heat Treatment: To achieve the required surface hardness and core toughness, the gears undergo a controlled heat treatment process, typically carburizing, quenching, and tempering. This creates a hard, wear-resistant surface (58-62 HRC) while maintaining a ductile core to absorb shock loads.
Precision Gear Grinding: For applications requiring the highest precision and lowest noise, we perform finish grinding on the gear teeth after heat treatment. This corrects any minor distortions and produces an exceptionally smooth surface finish.

Gear Profile Testing: We use specialized gear measurement equipment to verify the tooth profile, lead, and pitch against your drawing specifications.
Hardness Testing: Every batch is tested to ensure it meets the specified Rockwell hardness (HRC) for optimal wear resistance.
