High-Definition Plasma Cutting:
Ideal for: Carbon steel plates from medium to very thick (6mm to 50mm+).
Benefit: The most cost-effective solution for producing robust flanges and plates where ultra-high edge precision is not the primary concern.
Laser Cutting:
Ideal for: Stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum up to 25mm thick.
Benefit: Delivers exceptional accuracy and a clean, smooth edge finish with a very small heat-affected zone, perfect for parts requiring a precise fit and appearance.
Waterjet Cutting:
Ideal for: Any material, including heat-sensitive stainless steels, thick aluminum, alloys, and plastics.
Benefit: A cold-cutting process with no heat-affected zone, eliminating any risk of material warping or changes to its properties. It provides a superior, satin-smooth edge finish.
CNC Drilling and Machining:
Following cutting, all holes are drilled using CNC machines to ensure perfectly accurate and repeatable bolt hole patterns.
We can also provide additional machining services, such as beveling for welding, tapping holes, or milling a flat gasket surface.
