Yile Machinery is a specialized fabricator of custom-built pressure vessels, process tanks, reactors, and filter housings. These engineered vessels are designed to safely contain gases or liquids at pressures substantially different from the ambient pressure.
We manufacture these critical components for a wide range of industries, including Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Water Treatment, and Power Generation. Working from your technical drawings, we fabricate, test, and deliver high-integrity vessels that meet stringent quality and safety standards.
Design Code Compliance: We have the capability to fabricate vessels in accordance with internationally recognized standards, including ASME Section VIII Div. 1. We work closely with clients to ensure all design and quality requirements are met.
Material Expertise: We work with a variety of materials suitable for pressure applications, including:
Carbon Steel: (e.g., SA-516-70 for pressure vessels)

Advanced Welding & NDT: The safety of a pressure vessel depends on the quality of its welds.
Welding: Our certified welders use processes like SAW, GMAW, and GTAW.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): We perform comprehensive NDT on weld seams, including Radiographic Testing (RT) , Ultrasonic Testing (UT) , Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT) to ensure weld integrity.
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing: Upon completion, every pressure vessel undergoes hydrostatic testing. The vessel is filled with water and pressurized to a specified test pressure (typically 1.3 to 1.5 times the design pressure) to verify its strength and confirm it is leak-proof.
Complete Fabrication: Our services include plate rolling, forming of dished heads, nozzle attachment, and welding of support structures (saddles or legs).

Q: What is the difference between a simple storage tank and a pressure vessel?
A: A standard tank is typically designed for atmospheric pressure. A pressure vessel is engineered and built to a specific design code (like ASME) to safely handle internal or external pressure, making it much more robust and subject to stricter testing and inspection.
Q: Can you provide a Manufacturer's Data Report (MDR)?
A: Yes, we can compile a complete documentation package for your vessel, which can include material certificates, welding procedures, NDT reports, and the certified hydrostatic test chart.
Q: Do you stamp the vessels with an ASME stamp?
A: We fabricate vessels in accordance with the rules of the ASME code. Please contact us to discuss the specific certification requirements for your project, including arrangements for Authorized Inspector (AI) involvement if a U-stamp is required.
