It is a high-speed rotating assembly that carries the hammers or blow bars, responsible for creating the immense impact force needed to break down materials. Robust Fabricated Rotor Body: The central body is constructed from heavy-duty steel plates, expertly welded to form a single, rigid structure. All key welds undergo Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure they are free of defects and can withstand continuous operational stress.
High-Performance Wear Parts:
Hammers / Blow Bars: We fit our rotors with hammers or blow bars made from highly wear-resistant materials like High-Manganese Steel or High-Chrome Cast Iron, designed for maximum service life.
Hardfacing (Optional): For extreme applications, the rotor body can be protected with a layer of hardfacing weld overlay, significantly increasing its resistance to abrasion.
Precision Machined Forged Shaft: The rotor is built around a solid, forged steel shaft (e.g., 42CrMo4). The bearing journals and mounting surfaces are precision machined to ensure a perfect fit and alignment within the crusher housing.
CRITICAL DYNAMIC BALANCING: Every single rotor we produce is dynamically balanced to a precise tolerance (e.g., ISO G6.3). This process is absolutely essential to eliminate vibration, which protects the bearings, shaft, and the entire crusher frame from premature failure, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
