We utilize precision induction hardening or quench & temper processes to create a deep, hardened layer on these critical areas. • High-Grade Alloy Steels for High Loads: We manufacture wheels from a range of proven, high-strength alloy steels, such as 42CrMo (AISI 4140), 65Mn, and 50SiMn, selected based on your specific load capacity and application requirements.

• Custom Manufactured to Your Exact Specifications: We are an OEM partner. Provide us with your technical drawings, and we will produce single-flange, double-flange, or flangeless crane wheels to your precise dimensions for seamless replacement and fitment.
