  2. Stress Relieving: After casting, the housings undergo a thermal stress-relieving process. This critical step removes internal stresses from the casting process, ensuring the part remains dimensionally stable during and after machining.

  3. Precision CNC Machining: This is where the value is created. Using large-format, multi-axis CNC boring mills and machining centers, we perform all critical operations:

    • Milling of all mounting faces, pads, and surfaces to ensure they are perfectly flat and parallel.

    • Boring of all bearing pockets and shaft holes to exact size and positional tolerances.

    • Drilling and Tapping of all assembly and service holes.

  4. Quality Assurance & Inspection: Every finished housing is rigorously inspected using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) . We provide a full dimensional report to verify that every critical feature is within your specified tolerance.
