Casting & Material Expertise
It begins in our steel foundry. We pour high-integrity carbon and alloy steel castings (such as ZG270-500, ZG35CrMo, or your specified grade) using optimized casting methods to ensure a sound, defect-free structure.
Advanced Heat Treatment
After casting, each component undergoes a critical heat treatment cycle (e.g., annealing, normalizing, or quenching & tempering). This refines the grain structure of the steel, relieving internal stresses and dramatically improving its strength, toughness, and machinability.
Large-Scale Precision Machining
The heat-treated casting is then moved to our CNC machining center. Using large CNC boring mills, gantry mills, and lathes, we machine all critical features to your exact specifications. This includes:
