Superior Steel Casting:
Each frame is cast from high-strength, modified manganese steel (e.g., ASTM A148 or similar grades), specifically chosen for its high tensile strength and excellent ductility.
Our advanced foundry techniques ensure a clean, homogenous casting, free from internal porosity, shrinkage, or other defects that could lead to stress concentrations and premature failure.
Critical Heat Treatment & Stress Relieving:
Following casting, every frame undergoes a multi-stage, controlled heat treatment cycle (Quenching & Tempering).
Benefit: This crucial process refines the steel's grain structure, creating the optimal balance of hardness and toughness. It relieves all internal stresses from the casting process, making the frame significantly more resistant to fatigue cracking under millions of load cycles.
Precision CNC Machining:
The heat-treated frame is finished in our large-capacity CNC vertical lathes and boring mills. We machine all critical surfaces in a single setup to guarantee perfect alignment.
Benefit: This ensures that the main shaft bore, eccentric bushing seat, countershaft bore, and bowl mounting surfaces are perfectly concentric and parallel. This precision is essential for preventing premature bearing wear, reducing vibration, and ensuring smooth, efficient crusher operation.
We understand that a replacement part must fit perfectly, the first time. Every main frame is subjected to a rigorous quality assurance protocol before shipment.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT): The entire casting is scanned to guarantee its internal soundness.
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI): All critical machined surfaces and high-stress areas are inspected to ensure they are free of any surface indications.
CMM Dimensional Inspection: We use a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to verify all critical dimensions against the OEM specifications, guaranteeing a perfect fit.
Full QA Documentation: Each frame is supplied with a complete quality report, including material certificates, heat treatment charts, NDT reports, and a full dimensional inspection layout.
