Engineered for the harsh conditions of onshore and offshore wind farms, our shafts are produced using advanced Open Die Forging processes. This ensures a refined grain structure and superior mechanical properties compared to cast alternatives, guaranteeing long-term reliability in continuous power generation operations.
Premium Forged Quality: We utilize high-purity vacuum-degassed steel ingots. Through multi-directional forging, we eliminate internal porosity and ensure a high forging ratio (typically >3:1), resulting in maximum structural integrity.
High-Grade Alloy Materials: Manufactured from premium alloy steels such as 34CrNiMo6, 42CrMo4, or 18CrNiMo7-6, specifically selected for their high tensile strength and low-temperature impact toughness.
Precision Machining: Our heavy-duty CNC lathes and grinding centers ensure strict adherence to dimensional tolerances (ISO IT6) and surface finish requirements (Ra 0.8 or better) for perfect bearing fit.
