Optimized Wear Life Through Surface Hardening: The wheel tread and inner flange are the primary wear surfaces. We utilize precision induction hardening or quench & temper processes to create a deep, hardened layer on these critical areas. This results in outstanding resistance to wear, metal fatigue, and pitting, dramatically increasing the wheel's service life.
High-Grade Alloy Steels for High Loads: We manufacture wheels from a range of proven, high-strength alloy steels, such as 42CrMo (AISI 4140), 65Mn, and 50SiMn, selected based on your specific load capacity and application requirements.
