From Certified Ingot to Finished Component

Our manufacturing process is transparent and quality-driven, ensuring your components are built for performance and longevity.

  1. Material Sourcing: We procure certified steel ingots from reputable mills, complete with chemical and mechanical test reports.

  2. Open-Die Forging: The ingot is heated and forged to the rough shape of the flanged shaft, aligning the steel's grain flow for maximum strength.

  3. Rough Machining & Heat Treatment: The forging is rough-machined before undergoing a quench and temper cycle to establish its core mechanical properties.

  4. Finish Machining & Drilling: State-of-the-art CNC lathes and deep-hole drilling equipment are used to machine the shaft to its final dimensions, including the bore, outer diameters, and flange details.

  5. Final Inspection & NDT: Every finished shaft is subjected to rigorous dimensional inspection, hardness testing, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT) or Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), to guarantee it is free of defects.
