Our Comprehensive Manufacturing Process: From Plate to Precision

1. CNC Plate Cutting & Forming

  • We begin with high-quality steel plates, cut to precise dimensions using CNC plasma and laser cutting systems. Plates can be bent and formed as required by the design.

2. Expert Fabrication & Welding

  • Our certified welders assemble the components using advanced welding processes like GMAW (MIG) and SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) to ensure deep penetration and exceptional weld strength.

3. Post-Weld Heat Treatment (Stress Relieving)

  • This is a critical step. Every large fabrication undergoes a controlled heat treatment cycle in our large furnaces to relieve all internal stresses induced during welding. This prevents distortion during subsequent machining and ensures long-term dimensional stability.

4. Large-Scale Precision Machining

  • After stress relieving, the fabrication is moved to our machine shop. Using large CNC boring mills, gantry mills, and floor mills, we machine all critical features, including:

    • Bearing bores and seats

    • Mounting faces and pads

    • Access ports and inspection covers

5. Rigorous Quality Inspection

  • We perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on critical welds and use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and laser trackers to verify that all final dimensions are within the tight tolerances specified on the engineering drawings.
