  • Proof Load Tested to 125%: Every single lifting beam we manufacture is proof load tested to 125% of its rated Working Load Limit (WLL) . The test is documented, and the beam is certified as safe for use before it leaves our facility.

  • Certified Welders & NDT: All welding is performed by certified welders. Critical welds are inspected using Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods (like Magnetic Particle or Ultrasonic Testing) to ensure they are free from any defects.

  • Full Certification Package: Each beam is shipped with a complete documentation package, including:

    • Certificate of Conformance
