Our Integrated Process: From Raw Steel to Precision Frame
The accuracy of your machine depends entirely on the stability and precision of its base. Our production process is designed to guarantee both.
Heavy Fabrication: We begin with high-quality steel plates, performing CNC cutting, bending, and expert welding to construct the raw frame. Our certified welders ensure deep, strong welds for maximum structural integrity.
Vibratory or Thermal Stress Relieving: This is the most critical step for long-term stability. We apply post-weld heat treatment (or vibratory stress relief) to eliminate all internal stresses from the welding process. This prevents the frame from warping or moving over time, securing your machine's accuracy for its entire lifespan.
Large-Format CNC Machining: After stabilizing the frame, it is moved to our large gantry CNC milling centers. We machine all critical surfaces, including mounting pads, rails, and reference planes, to achieve extremely tight tolerances for flatness, parallelism, and position.
Quality Inspection with CMM: We use a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to verify that all machined dimensions and geometric tolerances meet the stringent requirements of your drawings. We provide full inspection reports for traceability.
Surface Finishing: The completed frame is sandblasted and finished with high-performance industrial paint systems for corrosion protection and a professional appearance.
