This creates a tough, wear-resistant surface that protects your wire rope from premature wear and extends the sheave's own service life.

• Precision Machining: Each sheave is CNC machined to ensure a perfectly circular, smooth rope groove profile and precise dimensions for bearing fitment. This guarantees smooth rope travel and reduces vibration in the lifting system.

• Fully Custom Manufacturing: We can produce sheaves of any diameter and capacity based on your technical drawings. For maintenance and repair, we can also reverse-engineer a replacement sheave from a worn or broken sample, getting your critical equipment back in service.
