Our Integrated Process: From Design to Leak-Tested Part
We manage the entire production lifecycle to ensure quality and eliminate potential failure points.
DFM & Mold Design: We work with your engineers using Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles. Our advanced mold flow simulation software predicts how the aluminum will fill the die, allowing us to optimize gating and venting to minimize porosity before the tool is even built.
High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC):
Your components are cast on our modern, computer-controlled die casting machines (from 280T to 2000T).
We primarily use high-quality aluminum alloys like ADC12 and A380, known for their excellent castability, pressure tightness, and strength.
Precision CNC Machining:
The raw die castings are transferred to our CNC machining centers.
We machine all critical features: tapping threaded ports, boring valve spool cavities, and milling flat sealing faces to tight tolerances.
Pressure Leak Testing & Finishing:
This is a critical step. Every machined valve body can be subjected to a pressure decay leak test to 100% guarantee it is leak-proof.
We also offer services like impregnation (sealing of micro-porosity), chromate conversion coating, and powder coating.
