1. Robust Steel Casting
Process: We utilize the sand casting process, which is ideal for producing large, complex components like crusher frames.
Material: We pour our housings from high-strength, wear-resistant carbon and alloy steels such as ZG35, ZG45 (ASTM A27 Gr 70-40), and other custom grades specified by the client.
Heat Treatment: All crusher castings undergo a proper heat treatment cycle (Normalizing, Quenching & Tempering) to refine the grain structure, relieve internal stresses, and significantly improve the material's toughness and impact resistance.
2. Large-Scale Precision Machining
Our facility is equipped with large-capacity CNC boring mills and vertical turning lathes capable of handling massive crusher frames.
We machine all critical surfaces, including the main bearing bores, mounting pads, and assembly faces, to the tight tolerances required for perfect component fit-up.
3. Rigorous Quality Control
Every casting is subject to stringent quality checks, including Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) to ensure it is free from internal defects.
Final dimensional inspection with CMM or laser trackers verifies that all machined features are within the drawing specifications.
