  2. Precision CNC Machining: The forged blank is precision machined to establish all critical dimensions before gear cutting.

  3. Advanced Gear Cutting: We utilize specialized CNC Gear Hobbing or Shaping machines to accurately generate the complex double helical tooth profile.

  4. Targeted Heat Treatment: Gears undergo a controlled heat treatment process (e.g., quenching and tempering, carburizing, or nitriding) to achieve the precise surface hardness and core toughness required for long service life.

  5. Optional Precision Grinding: For the highest level of accuracy and surface finish, we offer CNC gear grinding after heat treatment to produce a perfect tooth profile for optimal contact and efficiency.
