From Forged Billet to Finished Gear: Our Manufacturing Process
Material Sourcing & Forging: We begin with certified alloy steel billets, which are forged into a gear blank. This critical step enhances the material's mechanical properties.
Rough Machining & Normalizing: The forged blank is rough machined and then normalized to relieve internal stresses before precision cutting.
