From Forged Billet to Finished Gear: Our Manufacturing Process

  1. Material Sourcing & Forging: We begin with certified alloy steel billets, which are forged into a gear blank. This critical step enhances the material's mechanical properties.

  2. Rough Machining & Normalizing: The forged blank is rough machined and then normalized to relieve internal stresses before precision cutting.

  3. Quenching & Tempering (QT): The gear undergoes a full heat treatment process to achieve the required mechanical strength and toughness throughout the part.

  4. Finish Machining: The gear is finish machined on large-scale lathes to its final dimensions.

  5. Gear Tooth Cutting: Precision teeth are cut using gear hobbing, shaping, or milling processes.

  6. Surface Hardening & Grinding: If required, the teeth are surface hardened and then precision ground for a perfect profile and finish.

  7. Rigorous Final Inspection: We conduct comprehensive quality control, including dimensional verification, hardness testing, and non-destructive testing (Magnetic Particle/MP and Ultrasonic/UT) to ensure flawless quality.
